I don’t know why but I always find it funny when I come across a tumblr that says something like “Don’t like what you see? Unfollow. I blog to express, not impress” or “I blog for myself, not for you” and yet, ALL I see on their so called “blog” is a bunch of reblogged pictures.

I’m sorry but reblogging pictures is not “blogging.” That is why it is called reblogging.

It really makes me want to laugh seeing such snooty statements and insinuations that their blogs are oh-so-creative and original when there is absolutely no original content on their blog whatsoever, save for a few pictures of themselves.

Don’t get me wrong, there are such things as picture blogs… I just don’t see why anyone feels the need to defend themselves or their motives behind their blog if it only consists of a bunch of pictures.

(Unless it contains dehumanization or sexism or some shit. That would be understandable.)
